You are likely to encounter more mobile payment options such as venmo or zelle, but some vendors will also accomodate cash and/ or card.

Can you vend if you are not from the Hudson Valley?
Absolutely, we are welcoming all ceramics artists/ potters from any area who would like to make the trip.
Can makers join who aren’t ceramics artists/ potters?
We are primarily a ceramics event but are remaining open to a case-by-case basis for other mediums. We would love to have some other makers there such as glass, jewelry, fiber etc. Sign up or send us an email and we will chat!

When should I arrive? & Who do I look for?
Sometime between 6AM - 8AM. Look for the HVPF tent and organizer Kristina Lincoln.
When is the last day I can sign up to vend?
Monday the 13th of July. Any later submissions will be case-by-case basis as the city requires all applications to be submitted no later than 48hrs prior to the event.
How much does it cost?
city permit + hvpf fee = $100
insurance + $49 = $149
